Locally Sourced Game from Talton Mill Farm Shop   Locally sourced free range game. Talton Mill stock a selection of fresh, locally sourced, free range game in season. Choose from fresh pheasant, partridge, wild duck, wood pigeon, rabbit and hare. Some frozen game and products may be available out of season. We do not always have everything in stock so please check before making a special journey. Local wild venison is usually available. Only the best carcases are selected by a highly skilled marksman. It is then hung for 10 days - 2 weeks and produces an exceptional quality meat with a very low fat content.
