Try it drizzled over salmon steaks, then baked in foil, or for a stunning dressing, combine it with our Raspberry Balsam Vinegar. Garlic Infused Olive Oil - Versatile and ideal for dressings, pasta and marinades. Combine with lemon juice and our Balsam Vinegar for a tasty dressing or marinade. Drizzle over our part-baked baguettines and then bake in the oven for really tasty garlic bread. Mediterranean Herbs Infused Olive Oil - A blend of both Sunflower and Olive Oil infused with a selection of mediterranean herbs making a delicious dipping oil or versatile cooking oil for both cold and hot dishes. Balsam Vinegars Buy a bottle and then bring it back to be refilled. Raspberry Balsam Vinegar - Totally addictive! This fruit balsam vinegar has a wonderful aroma and fruity flavour. It is so versatile making it suited to both savoury and sweet dishes. Try it in combination with the Lemon Infused Olive Oil for a truly scrumptious salad dressing. Drizzle over ice cream or pancakes or add to sauces and gravies for that special touch. Blend with Walnut Oil and drizzle over warmed Goats Cheese and toasted pine nuts. Tomato Balsamic Vinegar - The aroma of sun-ripened tomatoes makes this vinegar, based on white wine vinegar and Balsamico di Modena, one of a kind. Wonderful for that alternative salad dressing and Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect combined with Oil and fresh basil for a dressing or simply used as a dip for warm, crusty bread. Special Edition Balsam Vinegar - Our special edition vinegar. A tasty combination of white wine and sherry vinegars with extracts of oranges, lemons and ginger. A real treat for the taste buds! Add a splash to an exotic stir-fry of prawns and crunchy vegetables. Fresh Farm Eggs Free range eggs are an important part of Talton Mill's home produce. They're collected daily from our henhouses in large wicker baskets and put straight in the shop for selling. Their wonderful deep coloured yolk certainly verifies their quality - discerning customers return again and again for them! "We're extremely proud to be producing some of the best farm eggs around." Bakery Each weekend freshly baked bread is delivered to the shop from a bakery in the neighbouring village. As well as everyday wholemeal and granary loaves, there's a selection of speciality loaves such as onion, tomato and olive - delicious with a cold meat platter. Talton Mill Farm cakes such as rich fruit, carrot and chocolate, are baked in house throughout the year - orders are often placed in advance for special occasions. Freezer There's a superb range of freezer foods and one of the few places locally where you can self-serve. There's sufficient variety for a complete weekend house party - from pan chocolate and ready to bake bread, to king prawns, salmon, summer fruits and Californian fruit salad. There's even Spanish paella, just scoop up your required quantity and pay by weight. Dairy There's a good stock of top quality goodies such as Woodlands' Dairy yogurts, Bennetts Farmhouse ice cream and Ram Hall Sheeps' Cheese, plus sorbets, jersey cream and milk.
